Using this site

You are welcome to browse this site and get in touch. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit anything unlawful or misleading through our forms, or use automated systems to scrape or overload it.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Work only begins once we have both agreed scope, fees and terms in writing.

Pricing

Any prices shown on this site are correct at the time of publication and are for guidance. Prices for the website service are quoted as a one-off setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, as described on the relevant page. Fees for our email, CRM and consultancy services depend on scope and are confirmed in writing before work starts. We may change published prices at any time, though a change will never affect work already agreed with you.

The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Next Step Marketing unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or as fair reference to work carried out.

Testimonials on this site are genuine and are published with the permission of the individuals quoted. They describe those clients' own experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular result.

Figures quoted on this site describe outcomes across our client work as a whole. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, list and pricing, so past performance is not a promise of future results for your business.
